You may have heard about the importance of the pubococcygeus muscle in your sexuality. This muscle is widely known to help men maintain an erection and beat premature ejaculation. But there is actually more to this muscle than has been floating around.
Near this muscle are two other muscles that also form a large component of the male genitalia: the ischiocavernosus and the bulbocavernosus. These two muscles are directly responsible for the enormity of the penis. They are of great importance because, when stimulated enough, they can add a little more personality to your penis.
So this begs the question: how can you exercise these muscles to firm up your member? There are a couple of activities that can work, actually. One of them is Kegel crunches. To do this, simply sit on a tiny ball that is the same size as a tennis ball. The ball must be strategically placed in the space between the anus and the scrotum.
Then, for a few minutes, try to contract your anus, adding a little pressure, like you do when holding urine. Each contraction should last about 7 seconds to exercise the ischiocavernosus and bulbocavernosus. This exercise would allow your bony axis to get in shape and be a little shock absorber.
Another exercise is the hanging towel. For this, sit on a chair near the edge and then masturbate so that your penis has a full erection. Put a towel over your penis and let your penis support your full weight. Keep in mind that the towel may be a bit heavy for your penis to carry, and that’s the main idea.
Contract your muscles to allow your penis to support all the weight it has. Let the towel stay there for up to 7 seconds. Doing this for several repetitions would build the strength and endurance of the penis, as well as help it grow a bit larger. As your penis gets used to the weight, wet the towel to increase the level of difficulty.
The next exercise is called a ligament stretch. This simply requires you to grab your penis with two fingers and then slowly pull on it as your fingers slide toward the head. It is important not to apply too much pressure to avoid tearing the tissues inside. You shouldn’t pull too hard for the same reason. Make sure your penis is slightly flaccid when doing this.
There are other exercises that would be beneficial for the shape of your penis, but the most important thing is to be physically active so that you have much needed energy when you have sex with your partner.
