CANCER IN MALE BREAST
Breast cancer in male cases contributed to 2.77% of all cancer cases in the country, according to the ‘Consolidated Report of Population-Based Cancer Registries’ from the Indian Council of Medical Research.
Like female breast cancer, male breast cancer is the uncontrolled growth of cells in this breast tissue. Anyone who has breast tissue is at risk of developing male breast cancer.
It occurs most often in men between the ages of 60 and 70, although the condition can develop in men of any age. Breast cancer is 100 times more common in women than in men.

-Ulceration of the nipple or skin.
-Fixation to underlying skin or muscle.
-Pain on palpation of the tumor and palpable axillary nodes.
-Sores in the nipple and areola (the small ring of color around the center of the nipple)
