Set Up OptiClimate
To use OptiClimate, you’ll need to purchase a system with a mounting plate. The plate is intended to be mounted on the top of the grow room, away from the lighting. It will then absorb hot air and treat it for the right humidity and temperature. Depending on your room’s configuration, this can be mounted on a raised surface or suspended from the ceiling. Afterwards, you’ll need to follow the manual to install the unit.
The OptiClimate System is a water-cooled climate-control unit for the indoor horticultural industry. While most grow tent owners actively remove air and introduce fresh supplies, opticlimate can hold and establish precise temperatures without a tent. In essence, it’s the basis of the ultimate closed-loop plant-growing chamber, without any of the hassles associated with maintaining the perfect climate for your plants.
Setting up the OptiClimate System is fairly simple. The unit requires 4 corner dampers, which keep it from rattling. The unit has an air outlet that makes attaching ducting easy. A reservoir for the RO water serves the humidifier. If you don’t have a reservoir, you may need to purchase a condensation pump to direct the water from the unit to it.
How Do I Set Up OptiClimate?
The OptiClimate system comes with a handy controller. The screen on the controller displays a snapshot and summary of key factors. It is designed for ease of use and gives comprehensive instructions. You can adjust the thermostat’s temperature and control settings to suit your needs. It can manage two rooms at the same time, meaning you don’t have to keep changing the thermostat for each room. OptiClimate is the most energy-efficient home comfort system, yet you can easily control and monitor it from anywhere.
Another important feature of the Opticlimate is its ability to cool two rooms simultaneously. It comes with a 3-way valve and extra temperature sensors that will check the day room and night room at the same time. This means that you won’t need two separate large extractors and fan controllers. The pre-heat function prevents condensation on your crop and increases photosynthesis during the start of the day. The Slow Cooldown feature will prevent guttation and minimise mould growth.
How do I set up OptiClime? The OptiClimate System has three sensors, allowing you to adjust temperatures manually or automatically. The thermostat’s digital control panel is connected to the indoor unit and has separate controls for lighting and cooling. Besides the thermostat, the light sensor can switch on and off automatically, while the humidity sensor has a dial that you can turn to set your desired humidity level.
