Simply building a website and advertising it on search engines is not enough to get the quality traffic you’ll need to increase your AdSense earnings.
It will require work… the difference is this… is it going to be minimal work that produces a financial result, or just wasted work wandering around in the dark… not knowing how to do proper keyword research, the formula to get traffic in search engines…
Again, for those who just want to put up a website and say “yippee kai ehhh, show me the money”… turn off your computer, take a cold shower and come back.
Also some say that to be successful in Google AdSense marketing, you need to develop websites that contain focused and fresh content: articles, audios, videos, etc. In fact, that is a conventional and true way. Just to qualify that statement, there are also other ways to prepare targeted traffic to click on your ads without doing these things. It’s not Arbitration, if that’s what you’re thinking. Google doesn’t like arbitration sites… arbitrage still works if you know how to do it. (that’s another branch and you can’t do everything friends)
Here’s something that maybe 99% of people online have never tried. I use a JV/Adwords approach to get targeted traffic. I create AdWords campaigns for business owners for free, help them advertise their business for pennies, and AdSense ads belong to me. This way, they don’t pay 1 cent until the traffic comes to their web page, and if the traffic decides to leave after an online purchase or no purchase, they can leave for my AdSense ads which are within Google’s TOS ( You can’t ask someone to click your ad.) So it’s a win win win for everyone. The owner does not have to pay for my monthly AdWords services, I get traffic to their site to buy their products and I earn from traffic that leaves the site, either by closing their browser or due to an AdSense ad that attracts customer interest . Win win win.
Then there are the GRAY hat AdSense practices, these toe the line so be very careful when “dancing with the devil in the pale moonlight” and keep these AdSense sites on dedicated IP addresses away from your money sites long-term. This means you have to keep them on VDS, or virtual dedicated servers with their own IP addresses in case the sites for some reason “turn to the dark side” due to something extra bad you’ve done. Most hosts use shared IP addresses and webmasters often use the “Add-on” domain feature. So in case an IP gets blacklisted by Google, deindexed in search engine, removed, your top sites are safe.
Now although one AdSense technique is called gray hat, is it easy to set up these sites and make a lot of money? No. There will always be a minimum amount of work, even for the shortest shortcuts. “Grey Hat” does not mean that there is no work or investment, you need to buy software, special hosting that can cost up to $1000. And if you know the shortcuts, it will cost you a fraction of the price.
