The Regional Directorate for Enterprises, Competition, Consumption, Labor and Employment (Dirrecte) Hauts-de-France has pronounced the sanction “against the company Carrefour Hypermarkets for promotional advantages granted to the consumer greater than 34% of the selling price “, indicates a press release from the Fraud Control (DGCCRF).
The Dirrecte noted this failure within the framework of an investigation into the respect of the rules on promotions, launched by the Repression of fraud, specifies the document.
Contacted by AFP, the Carrefour group indicated that it would appeal against this fine before the administrative court.
