The United Arab Emirates has seen a tremendous increase in real estate projects bringing with them beautiful rental properties, which has real estate companies in Dubai and Sharjah poised for another big quarter.
1. AURA RESIDENCE
Downtown Jebel Ali will soon welcome a new addition to its skyline with the Aura Residence, due for completion in late 2018. The building’s robust and modern look has been the talk of the town along with its convenient location near of Dubai Metro’s UAE Exchange. Station, as well as the site of Expo 2020.
The gigantic establishment will have 479 residential units comprising 347 studio apartments, 87 one-bedroom apartments and 43 two-bedroom apartments.
2. BAIT SHARJAH AL
Sharjah hasn’t seen a luxury resort open for quite some time, which has people eagerly awaiting Al Bait’s big debut this year. A unique interpretation of a historic hotel, this 53-room, five-star property will epitomize the Emirate’s position as a heritage hotspot.
The hotel is expected to set trends, sporting traditional themes such as handmade thatched roofs and Bedouin-style enclaves. The luxurious rooms and suites will be connected to Souq Al Arsah, which is the oldest traditional market in the UAE.
3. EWAN RESIDENCES
The month of May will see the Dubai Investment Park area overflowing with 51 new units at Ewan Residences. The area already consists of 83 completed buildings and will soon have three G+2 accommodations.
For its part, as part of ‘The Waves’, the promoter Lootah Real Estate has announced its delivery in August. Located in Jumeirah Village Circle with a total of 135 units, ‘The Waves’ will contain a mix of one and two-bedroom units and one-bedroom loft apartments, ranging from 45.1m2 to 185.8m2.
4. WATCH OASIS
Imagine an area with luxurious units as far as the eye can see. With over 1,300 contemporary townhomes available as a group or townhomes, Mira Oasis is close to the Arabian Ranches Golf Club, Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club, and Global Village. All apartments have large balconies, modern fixtures, driveways and patios with 3 and 4 bedroom options. The Resident Clubs will have a swimming pool, spa and gym.
Divided into phases, the first three will be completed in December.
5. HOTELS OF TIME
Continuing a string of hotel builds in Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain, Times Hotels will enter UAE real estate possibly by the end of the year. The company will open three additional hotels in Dubai: Time Asma Hotel, Time Express Hotel Al Jaddaf and Time Royal Hotel & Spa, making Time Royal the firm’s first five-star property in the Emirates.
