The Jamy’son brand could make you think of an Irish pub… And yet, the establishment, located in the heart of Waterloo, is in fact a restaurant… Corsican! Its owner, André Marret is from Ajaccio. It is among other things because of the Belgian nationality of his companion, Cathy Van Goidsenhoven, that he decided to settle in the suburbs of Brussels, thus allowing his offspring to pursue a French-speaking education and, in the process, to give the name to his restaurant.
